Homemade Salad Dressing

This salad dressing is dairy-free, healthy, and amazing! Great on salads or with veggies. My whole family loves it and uses it everyday.  I usually double this recipe because we go through it so quickly.

Homemade Salad Dressing
Makes 2 1/2 cups

In a blender or a food processor mix on low:
• 1 egg yolk
• 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 2 pressed or minced garlic cloves
• Tiny bit of stevia (be careful.. too much does not taste good. Start with a drop and then add a little more at the end if it needs it)
• 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
• 2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper

Then slowly add:
• 1 cup of lite olive oil
• 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil {using only extra virgin olive oil dominates all the other flavors}

That's it! Simple, healthy, and makes any salad great!

This is my daily chicken salad w/ the dressing:)
